Offer Approval

Letter of Acceptance

Upon submission of the required documents, the university acknowledges receipt by sending an acknowledgement letter to the applicant. Subsequently, the student receives a letter of acceptance from the university, confirming their admission. This letter is issued only after thorough evaluation of the submitted documents as part of the admission process.

The letter of acceptance serves as confirmation of the student’s seat in the university program they applied for. It provides comprehensive details about the program, including duration, semester fees, total course fees, health coverage, accommodation options, and more. It’s important to note that the letter of acceptance is not a valid travel document but acts as supporting documentation for the student visa application.

Most universities typically dispatch the letter of acceptance within one to two weeks, although in some cases, it may take longer, possibly a month or more. Occasionally, students may receive a conditional offer letter if their documentation is incomplete, outlining the missing requirements that need to be fulfilled.

At Grace Study Abroad, we offer extensive support to international students, helping them navigate the terms and conditions associated with studying abroad.
